老年股骨颈骨折保守治疗过程中的护理要点分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施保守治疗过程中的相关护理要点，以有效提高患者的临床治疗效果。方法：选择我院2014年4月～2016年4月收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者174例作为此次实验的研究对象。针对所有老年患者临床均选择保守治疗的方法，在此过程中配合对患者给予护理干预，最终对干预效果进行观察，以分析护理干预配合保守治疗的临床价值。结果：所有老年股骨颈骨折患者完成保守治疗以及护理干预后，最终全部成功出院，患者的平均住院时间为24．9±3．1天；在对患者实施治疗过程中，未表现出感染、深静脉血栓以及出现褥疮等系列的并发症。结论：针对老年股骨颈骨折患者在实施保守治疗过程中，采用有效的综合护理方法加以干预，在提高老年患者临床疗效方面可以发挥显著价值，可以将住院时间成功缩短，将出现并发症的概率成功降低。Objective： To study on the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture relevant nursing points in the process of implementa- tion of conservative treatment, in order to effectively improve the patient＇s clinical treatment effect. Methods： from 2016 -04 04, 2014 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated 174 cases as the research object of this test. For all elderly patients clinical choose con- servative treatment method, in the process with given nursing intervention on the patients, ultimately to observe the effect of the interven- tion, to analyze the clinical value of nursing intervention with conservative treatment. Results： All the old patients with femoral neck frac- ture after conservative treatment and nursing intervention, final and complete successfully discharged from the hospital, the average hospi- talization time of the patients was （24.9 ＋ 3.1 ） days; On patients in the course of treatment, showed no infection, deep vein thrombosis and complications of bedsore etc. Conclusion： in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in the process of implementation of conserva- tive treatment, adopts the effective method of comprehensive nursing intervention, in the aspect of improve the elderly patients with clinical efficacy can play a significant value, can shorten hospitalization time success, cut the success probability of complications.
