摘　　要：讨论了大学图书馆可持续发展下馆员能力建设的必要性,分析大学图书馆及馆员现状,提出大学图书馆馆员能力建设的新途径。This paper studied the necessity of librarian capacity building for the sustainable development of university libraries, and analyzed the current situation of university libraries and librarians, and proposed new approaches to librarian capacity building.
