摘　　要：大型精密设备的基础设计是工业厂房结构设计的重要内容,为保证加工精度,必须对设备及工件荷载移动导致的基础变形进行计算分析。论文采用SAP2000创建设备基础的分析模型,通过Excel VBA调用SAP2000API,自动读取设备基础的变形信息,在Excel中对数据进行分析处理。实现了Excel与SAP2000的数据实时链接,通过Excel自定义函数自动刷新SAP2000的分析数据,大大提高了大型设备基础精度分析的计算效率。同时,介绍了大型设备基础精度分析的控制方法,对于同类型项目具有重要的借鉴意义。The foundation design of big precision Machine is an important part of the structure design for industrial plant.In order to ensure the machining precision,it is necessary to calculate and analyze the foundation deformation caused by the movement of the equipment and the workpiece.In this paper,we create a foundation model by SAP2000,and read the deflection information through SAP2000API by Excel VBA,and finally analysis the deflection data in Excel.In this paper,we achieve the Excel and SAP2000 data real-time link,through the Excel custom function automatically refresh the SAP2000 analysis data,greatly accelerate the computational efficiency of the foundation precision analysis.At the same time,this paper introduces the control method of the precision analysis for the foundation of big machine,which has important reference value for the same type of projects.
