摘　　要：以青岛蓝色硅谷核心区基础设施区域配套项目为例,总结了市政基础设施建设单位关注的重点问题,通过与传统建设模式比较,阐述了EPC总承包模式在解决这些问题时的优势,并浅谈了做好EPC总承包项目体会。The problem concerned by project construction units of municipal infrastructure project was summarized,taking Qingdao blue silicon valley core area infrastructure supporting regional project as an example.Comparing with the traditional construction model,The advantage of EPC for overall project-contracting in solving the problem and experience was discussed.
