摘  要:合成了一种新型光引发剂(2,4,6-三甲基-3-苯甲酰基)苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦(BzTPO),通过红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振波谱(NMR)确认了结构。与常用的市场化产品(2,4,6-三甲基)苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦(TPO)相比,BzTPO的吸收曲线与TPO相似,但长波范围摩尔吸光度略低。以BzTPO为光引发剂,测试了中心波长分别为385nm和420nm的LED光源条件下,BzTPO对三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)的固化效率,与TPO作了对比。测试条件下的光固化效率对比表明:中心波长为385nm LED光源条下,BzTPO的引发效率比TPO略低,中心波长420nm LED光源条件BzTPO表现出较优的引发效率。A new photoinitiator, (3-benzoyl-2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) diphenylphosphine oxide (BzTPO) was synthesized and characterized by IR and NMR. The UV-Vis absorption curve of BzTPO is similar to the efficient commercial product of (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) diphenylphosphine oxide (TPO), but the molar absorption coeffi cient at longer wavelength is a bit lower than TPO. The light curing efficiency of BzTPO and TPO was investigated by curing of trimethylolporpane triacrylate (TMPTA) under LED light source with the central wavelength at 385 (LED@385) nm and 420 (LED@420) nm, respectively. The curing efficiency of BzTPO at LED@385 nm is a bit lower than TPO, while that at LED@420 nm is a bit higher than TPO.
