摘  要:通过稀硫酸活化凹凸棒黏土,再与高黏土混合,制备颗粒黏土吸附剂。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、N_2吸附-脱附等温线和傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对吸附剂粉末进行表征测试。结果表明:凹凸棒黏土由水硅锰钙石(Kittatinnyite)、坡缕石(Palygorskite)和石英(Quratz)3种成分组成;黏土表面呈杂乱堆积的纤维状和针棒状,比表面积高达126.43 m^2·g-1;动力学吸附数据符合准二级动力学模型和离子内扩散模型,热力学吸附数据符合Langmuir吸附模型,在323 K时,最大吸附量达到153.85 mg·g-1;颗粒吸附剂对印染废水中亚甲基蓝具有较好的吸附性能,是一种具有发展前景的新型吸附材料。In this study,attapulgite clay was acidized using dilute sulfuric acid and mixed with high clay to prepare a granular adsorbent. A powder of the adsorbent sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD),field-emission scanning electron microscopy( FE-SEM),nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm analysis,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR). The results show that attapulgite clay is composed of kittatinnyite,palygorskite,and quartz. The surface morphology of the clay is fibrous and needle-shaped,and the specific surface area of the powdered sample is 126. 43 m^2·g^-1. The adsorption of methylene blue by the clay is described by pseudo-second-order kinetic and intra-particle diffusion models. The Langmuir adsorption model provides the best correlation with the experimental data,with a maximum monolayer uptake capacity of 153. 85 mg·g^-1at 323 K. The granular adsorbent offers a superior adsorption capacity for methylene blue dyes and has potential commercial value.
