左室舒张功能衰竭患者NF-κB和TGF-β1与心室重构的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨左室功能衰竭(DHF)患者NF-Κb和TGF-β1的表达变化,及其与患者心室重构相关性与临床病理意义。方法:150例舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者(DHF组)和30例正常人(对照组)分别采集外周血样,采用双抗夹心ELISA法检测TGF-β1和NF-κB表达水平。结果:DHF患者外周血TGF-β1、NF-κB水平高于对照组(P<0.05);TGF-β1及NF-κB水平随着心衰程度的加重而显著上升(P<0.05),提示心衰程度越重。TGF-β1、NF-κB水平与左室心肌质量指数、平均室壁应力呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:TGF-β1、NF-κB作为DHF血清标记物在外周血中表达水平发生了明显变化,在心室重构的发生、发展中起着重要的促进作用。Objective：To evaluate the left ventricular failure （DHF）expression changes in peripheral blood of patients with NF- κB,TGF- β1,its correlation with left ventricular remodeling and its clinical pathological significance.Methods;A total of 1 50 patients with diastolic heart failure （DHF）（experimental group）and 30 healthy persons （control group）were en-rolled and the peripheral blood samples were collected,the expression level of the double antibody sandwich ELISA method for detection of TGF-β1 and NF- κB were detected.Results：TGF-β1,NF- κB levels were higher in peripheral blood of patients of the experiment group than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）.TGF-β1 and NF-κB levels increased with severity of heart fail-ure （P 〈0.05）.Correlation analysis showed that TGF-β1,left ventricular mass index,NF-κB level and mean left ventricular wall stress is positively correlated（P 〈0.01）,indicating there is a significant correlation between TGF-β1,NF-κB level and the severity of ventricular remodeling.Conclusion：TGF-β1,NF-κB expression levels have undergone significant changes as the DHF serum markers in the peripheral blood,which plays an important role in the development of ventricular remodeling.
