摘　　要：深静脉血栓或出血是一类会严重影响多发性骨髓瘤患者生存质量乃至危及生命的并发症。文章对其病理生理基础、预防及治疗手段进行综述,强调多发性骨髓瘤合并出凝血障碍的特殊性,加深临床医生的理解与认识。Deep vein thrombosis or hemorrhage is a kind of serious or life-threatening complication of patients diagnosed with multiple myeloma. This article gives a review on the etiology, prophylaxis and treatment methods of this complication, emphasing the specificity of multiple myeloma combined with coagulation disorders in order to enhance clinicians understanding about it.
