摘 要:以层状石墨为原料制备了氧化石墨烯(GO),将其引入到聚乙烯醇(PVA)基体中,得到GO/PVA复合材料。借助X射线衍射分析和差示扫描量热分析表征了复合材料的结晶性能,使用气体渗透测试仪分析了复合材料的氢气阻隔性能。分析结果表明:当GO质量分数低于0.5%时,片层结构的GO导致PVA的结晶度增加;当GO质量分数大于0.5%时,PVA的结晶度降低。复合材料的氢气阻隔性能受到GO添加量和PVA结晶度的协同影响。Graphene oxide( GO) was prepared by flake graphite. Then,GO was introduced into polyvinyl alcohol matrix to fabricate GO / PVA composites. By means of X-ray diffraction analysis and differential scanning calorimetry analysis,the crystallization behaviors of the composites were investigated. Hydrogen gas barrier property of the composites was also determined by using a gas permeability tester. The results indicate that GO mass fraction plays an important role in the crystallization behavior of PVA. When the GO mass fraction is lower than 0. 5%,the layered GO leads to a increase in the crystallinity of PVA. However,When the GO mass fraction is higher than 0. 5%,the crystallinity of PVA is decreased. The hydrogen gas barrier property of composites is influenced by the synergistic effects of GO mass fraction and crystallinity of PVA.
