摘  要:钆塞酸二钠(Gd-EOB—DTPA)是一种新型肝细胞特异性对比剂,可被肝细胞特异性摄取,经胆道和肾脏双通道排泄,主要应用于肝脏局灶性病灶的定位和定性,评估肝功能及预测肝肿瘤的生物学行为。国内外大量研究结果已经证实:Gd—EOB-DTPA增强MRI检查在肝脏疾病诊断中较增强CT及超声检查等具有明显优势。借助先进的影像学技术对肝脏病变进行精准诊断和评估,有助于肝脏外科医师准确评估患者病情和实施个体化的治疗方案,从而促进精准肝脏外科的发展。Gadolinium ethoxybenzyl dimeglumine ( Gd- EOB-DTPA), a newly applicable hepatocyte-specific contrast agent, can provide both dynamic and hepatobiliary images and has been rapidly accepted by clinicians for the diagnosis of liver lesions and preoperative evaluation. Gd-EOB-DTPA can fulfill hepatic perfusion imaging, detection and characterization of focal liver lesions, evaluation of liver function , and predict biological behaviors of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) within the same examination in a relatively short time window. A large number of domestic and foreign studies have confirmed that hepatobiliary- specific enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was significantly superior to MRI scan, enhanced CT and ultrasound in diagnosing HCC. With the help of the advanced imaging techniques, surgeons can accurately diagnose and assess the situation of patients to implement individualized treatment plans, and therefore these will promote the development of precision hepatic
