摘 要:本研究用白藜芦醇处理鸡骨骼肌卫星细胞,探究其对肌肉代谢相关因子表达的影响。结果显示,白藜芦醇处理组细胞中NAD+依赖性去乙酰化酶(sirtuin type 1,Sirt1)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ共激活因子1α(PGC-1α)、线粒体转录因子A(mtTFA)和鸢尾素(irisin)的mRNA表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且白藜芦醇最佳处理时间分别为12,24,24和6h;表明白藜芦醇对肌肉因子的表达有促进作用,暗示其对鸡肌肉发育和代谢具调节作用。该研究为探讨禽类肌肉发育与代谢机制及开发新型饲料添加剂提供基础资料。The aim of this study was to examine the effect of resveratrol on chicken myokine ex pression using chicken skeletal muscle satellite ceils. The results showed that resveratrol could significantly up-regulate gene expression of sirtuin type 1 (Sirt1), peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-coactivator 1α(PGC-1α), mitochondrial transcription factor A (mtTFA) and irisin, and the best treatment time was 12,24,24, and 6 h,respectively. The data suggested that resveratrol might play a role in chicken muscle development and metabolism through regulating the expression of myokines. This work would provide a basic information for further study on avian muscle development and metabolism as well as development of new type feed additive
