摘　　要：医疗服务是一种特殊商品,要从供给价值、需求价值、市场价值的角度理解医疗服务技术劳务价值。医疗服务的技术劳务价格表现为医疗服务的技术劳务收费,效用是医疗服务技术劳务收费的依据。合理的医疗服务技术劳务价格政策,必须与供给价值、需求价值、市场价值相匹配,构建与多因素相联系的价格调整机制,建立充分体现技术劳务价值的医务人员薪酬制度。Being a kind of special commodity, medical service should be comprehended by the perspectives of supply-driven value, demand-driven value and market value for its technical labor value. The technical labor value of medical service turns out to be the fee for the service, and the utility is the basis of it. Reasonable medical service technology labor price policy should match the value of supply side, demand side and market. A multi-factor price adjustment mechanism and a medical personnel salary system reflecting technical labor value should be established.
