摘　　要：基于现代血管医学与中医心脑合病的相关性,结合中医异病同治理论,详细阐述了心脑合病的概念、病因病机及辨证施治,认为心脑合病隶属于中医血脉病范畴;病因包括外邪侵袭、饮食失调、情志失节、年迈体虚、劳倦内伤5个方面;病机主要为气血运行不畅,脉络闭阻,治疗上则多分为痰瘀互结、风痰阻络、气虚血瘀、气阴两虚四型进行辨证施治。Based on the correction between modern vessel medicine and Chinese medicine cardio-cerebral disease, this article, using the ＂treating different diseases with the same method＂ theory, analyzes the concept, etiology, pathogenesis and treatment according to syndrome differentiation. Cardio-cerebral disease belongs to blood vessel diseases in Chinese medicine. The etiology includes five aspects： exogenous pathogenic factors invasion, irregular drinking and eating, emotion out of control, aging and weakness, and overstrain causing internal injury. Pathogenesis mainly includes stagnated Qi and blood circulation, as well as meridian obstruction. In treatment, the syndromes usually include phlegm and stasis entangled with each other, wind and phlegm obstructing collaterals, Qi deficiency and blood stasis, and Qi and Yin deficiency.
