运用过程失效模式与后果分析管理提高针灸受试者依从性

摘　　要：临床研究受试者的依从性可直接影响该研究的结果与质量,过程失效模式及后果分析技术是一种基于团队的可量化综合分析技术,强调组建团队,并根据研究过程绘制流程图,区分主流程与子流程,对主流程及子流程进行风险分析,并提出修正方案与措施。在针灸临床研究中引入了过程失效模式与后果分析管理,在一定程度上提升了针灸临床研究受试者依从性。Subjects＇ compliance in clinical trials could directly influence the result and quality of the studies. Process failure modes and effects analysis is a quantifiable comprehensive analysis technique based on team. It emphasizes to build the team, draws flowcharts for the study process, differentiates main process and sub-process, analyzes the risks of main process and sub-process, and proposes correcting plans and methods. Introducing process failure modes and effects analysis management in acupuncture ＆ moxibustion clinical trials could partly improve the subjects＇ compliance in acupuncture ＆ moxibustion subjects.
