摘  要:采用坍落流动度试验、J-环试验检测了新拌钢纤维自密实混凝土的工作性能,研究了混凝土强度等级、钢纤维掺量对拌合物黏度、填充性能、自流平性能及间隙通过性的影响规律;通过混凝土立方体抗压试验,探讨了不同钢纤维掺量时自密实混凝土28d抗压强度变化规律。研究结果表明:钢纤维的掺入虽会降低自密实混凝土的工作性能,但选取合理的试验配合比及正确的搅拌方法,同样能够配制出满足施工要求的钢纤维自密实混凝土。钢纤维会小幅提高自密实混凝土的抗压强度,且随钢纤维掺量的增加而增加。In this paper,the working performance of steel fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete was investigated by slump flow test and J-ring test. The effect of strength grade and steel fiber proportion on structural viscosity,filling performance,self-leveling properties and penetration through voids of fixed steel reinforcement were also studied. The change of 28 d compressive strength of self-compacting concrete with different steel fiber proportion was discussed by compression testing of concrete cubes. The results show that the steel fiber could reduce the working performance of self-compacting concrete,but by selecting appropriate test mix and proper mixing methods,the steel fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete could meet the construction requirements. The steel fiber could slightly improve the compressive strength of self-compacting concrete which will continue to increase by adding the steel fiber.
