从“诸气膹郁,皆属于肺”探讨郁证从肺论治

摘　　要：《素问·至真要大论》指出:"诸气膹郁,皆属于肺。"文章从病机十九条之"诸气膹郁,皆属于肺"的角度探讨郁证的中医病因病机以及治则治法,以利于抑郁障碍的防治。笔者认为治疗郁证应用宣肺疏肝法、润肺养阴法、宣肺逐痰法以恢复肺主气、藏魄的功能,是一条值得重视的思路。“Q-to really great”pointed out：“the Qifen Yu,all belong to the lung.”This machine nineteen from the Qifen de-pression disease,TCM etiology and pathogenesis of depression syndrome belongs to the lung perspective and treatment,in order to fa-cilitate the prevention of depressive disorder.The author thinks that treating depression with application of Xuanfei Shugan,nourishing yin and lungs lung by phlegm method to restore the main pulmonary gas reservoir and the soul,when it is a thought worthy of attention.
