摘　　要：通过对柴胡属植物传统的生药学特征研究(如饮片特征、显微特征)及现代生药学研究(如色谱、光谱特征、指纹图谱及分子生物学)等方面的研究进展进行综述,总结出常用柴胡属植物的主要特征和鉴别方法,以期为柴胡的质量评价、质量控制及柴胡属植物的资源保护、合理利用等相关工作提供参考。The research progress on traditional characteristics （appearanceand microscopic characteristics）and modern pharmacog-nosy studies （chromatographic spectrum,Fingerprint and molecular biology） of genus Bupleurum plants were reviewed,the methods of the main characteristics and identify of genus Bupleurum plantswere summed up,so as to provide reference for quality control and evalua-tion of radix Bupleuri and resources protection,rational utilization and related works of genus Bupleurum plants.
