瑶药包热敷熨法对人工流产术后疼痛的镇痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察瑶药包热敷熨法用于人流术后疼痛的效果。方法:将100例自愿接受无痛人流术的病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组给予瑶药包热敷熨法治疗,对照组卧床休息,两组均按WHO疼痛分级标准分别进行疼痛分级,记录两组疼痛消失的时间。结果:对照组人流术后疼痛消退时间平均为(38.680±15.879)min,治疗组为(16.000±7.009)min,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:瑶药包热敷熨法能快速有效地缓解人流术后疼痛。Objective To observe the analgesic effect hot compress charge of Yao medicine after abortion.Methods Will voluntar-ily accept painless abortion,totally 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 ones in each.After abortion,the treatment group received hot compress charge of Yao medicine treatments 30 minutes,the control group to stay in bed.According to the WHO classification standard for pain,the two groups were pain rating,recorded the pain regression time of the two groups.Results In the control group,the average time of pain regression was （38. 680 ±15. 879）minutes,the treatment group was （16. 000 ±7. 009）minutes,significant difference presented in comparison of two groups （P〈0. 001）.Conclusion Hot compress charge of Yao medicine can quickly and effectively relieve pain after abortion.
