摘　　要：目的:观察气血阴阳并补法治疗胎怯的临床疗效。方法:将补益气血阴阳的药物制成补元口服液,对符合纳入标准的胎怯患儿进行治疗。治疗组予补元口服液口服,对照组不用药,疗程2个月,观察2组患儿总体疗效、生长发育指标、实验室指标、患病率及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗组在改善患儿体重、身长、头围、胸围、上臂围方面优于对照组;治疗组治疗后血清T3升高,T4下降;在降低患病率方面、药品安全性方面,治疗组优于对照组。结论:气血阴阳并补法可显著促进胎怯患儿生长发育,且无明显不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qixue Yinyang Bingbu method in treating fetal debility. Make invigorating Qi Blood Yin and Yang drugs into Buyuan oral liquid which was used to treat the children in the treatment group who meet the diagnostic standard of congenital feebleness. And there was no treatment in the control group. The treatment course was 2months. The overall efficacy, growth and development, laboratory index, prevalence and adverse reactions were observed. Results： The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the weight, length, head circumference, chest cir- cumference and arm circumference of the children. The treatment group had higher serum T3 and lower Td.In reducing the prevalence, drug safety, the treatment group was better than the control group. Qixue Yinyang Bingbu method can significantly promote fetal growth and development, and no obvious adverse reactions.
