养血祛风汤治疗血虚风燥型特应性皮炎血清总IgE、IL-4、IL-5变化及疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察养血祛风汤对血虚风燥型特应性皮炎患者SCORAD评分及血清炎症因子IgE、IL-4、IL-5表达的影响。方法:45例血虚风燥型特应性皮炎患者服用养血祛风汤8周观察其SCORAD评分,并分别用荧光酶标法测治疗前后患者细胞因子IgE水平、用ELISA法检测IL-4、IL-5水平的变化。结果:养血祛风汤治疗总有效率为75%,IgE、IL-4、IL-5水平均比治疗前有所下降,P<0.05。结论:养血祛风汤对血虚风燥型特应性皮炎患者有一定的临床疗效,调控细胞因子表达可能是养血祛风汤治疗特应性皮炎的机制之一。Objective：To observe the effect of Yangxue Qufeng decoction on SCORAD scores and the level of IgE, IL-4, IL-5 in serum in the patients with Xuexu Fengzao type atopic dermatitis. Methods： 45 patients with atopic der- matitis were treated with Yangxue Qufeng decoction. After 8 weeks, the SCORAD score was observed. Fluorescence enzyme-labeled method was used to determine the level of cytokine IgE before and after treatment. ELISA was used to detect changes in IL-4 and IL-5 levels. Results： The total effective rate was 75%, and the levels of IgE, IL-4 and IL-5 were lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yangxue Qufeng decoction has certain clinical curative effect on patients with atopic dermatitis, and the regulation of cytokine expression may be one of the mechanisms of nourishing blood and dispelling wind decoction in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.
