摘 要:以HNBR和FKM两种性能优异的橡胶材料在90:10(质量分数)的比例共混并用,通过分别改变硫化剂含量、炭黑N220和白炭黑含量、硫化时间、硫化温度4个条件,得到当硫化剂含量为6质量分数,炭黑N220和白炭黑含量为65质量分数、硫化时间为60min,硫化温度为165℃时的实验方案最优。由此实验方案制得的HNBR/FKM橡胶密封筒用料的硬度可达到93HD,拉伸强度68.58MPa,断裂伸长率228%,压缩强度58.94MPa。Two kinds of rubber material (HNBR and FKM) with excellent properties in 90:10 (w) ratio were blended and used. By respectively changing the content of curing agent (co), carbon black N220 and silica (w)content, curing time(min), curing temperature(℃ ), the most superior experimental condition had been obtained when the curing agent content was 6 wt%, carbon black N220 and silica content 65w, the curing time 60min, the curing temperature 165℃. The hardness of the HNBR/FKM rubber sealing sleeve prepared by the experimental scheme can reach 93HD, tensile strength 68.58MPa, elongation at break 228%, compressive strength 58.94 MPa.
