摘 要:一种无胶囊式轮胎定型硫化制造工艺及无胶囊轮胎硫化的机构设计,将轮胎硫化中心机构上的胶囊替代为轮缘咬合机构,用以固定生胎,通入氮气/蒸汽至生胎气密层直接硫化轮胎,电磁感应加热轮胎外模。以关键部件轮缘咬合机构结构特点及无胶囊硫化工作原理为基础,建立了无胶囊硫化中心机构的几何与运动约束方程,实现了无胶囊硫化中心机构的尺度设计。This paper described a tire curing process without bladder and the struture design of bladder less, substitute rim bite agencies for bladder tire curing central mechanism,so that the inner cavity of the tire is directly heated by the air tight layer through the nitrogen gas, and the outer mold is heated by the electromagnetic induction. We established the geometric and kinematic constraint equations about no bladder curing center mechanism based on the structure characteristics of key parts- occlusion mechanism of the tyre rim and the principle of tire curing without bladder, and realized the scare design of the centering mechanism of no bladder curing.
