摘　　要：介绍了德国压片机用双唇橡胶油封的产品设计、模具设计、配方设计、生产工艺和产品性能。对模具中的骨架部分和纯橡胶部分进行了参数优化设计,设计出合适的橡胶收缩率。主体橡胶选用2种丁腈橡胶并用,提升了耐油性能。根据产品结构和模具构造,设计了中间胶的2种缠绕方法,优化了半成品胶条的断面尺寸和摆放方法。采用冷启模工艺。成品的尺寸精度高、密封性能好,降低了不合格率,延长了使用寿命。This paper introduced the design of product, die, formula, and production technology and product performance of the double lip rubber seal used in German sheeting machine. The parameters of skeleton and pure rubber were optimized and the suitable rubber shrinkage was designed. By the body of the two kinds of nitrile rubber increased oil resistant performance. According to the product structure and mould structure, two winding methods of intermediate glue were designed, and the section size and placing method of semi-finished adhesive strip were optimized.Owing to the cold opening mould process, the size of the finished product has high precision and good seal performance, reducing the fraction defective, prolonging the service life. reduce the unqualified rate and prolongs the service life.
