摘　　要：针对某冷轧厂退火炉上排烟温度高、炉子能耗高及辐射管头部易开裂等问题,开发了新的辐射管烧嘴,并采用多级余热回收的节能技术,最终实现辐射管寿命提高、燃气消耗降低10%以上的效果。For a cold rolling mill anneal furnace on high flue gas temperature, high furnace energy consumption and radiant tube head easy cracking and other issues, the new radiation tube burner was developed, and by using multi-stage waste heat recovery energy-saving technology, it is finally realized the radiant tube life increase and the gas consumption reduce by more than 10%.
