摘  要:介绍了新型耐火材料的研究进展。微孔球低导热浇注料具有较好的常温性能、较低的导热系数及较好的高温性能,可代替普通低水泥高铝浇注料;喷射浇注料和泵送浇注料替代普通低水泥浇注料,可提高筑炉效率;快速补炉料可对加热炉炉衬进行快速修补,有效延长加热炉的整体寿命;采用炉墙、炉顶模块化组装筑炉方式,施工快捷,避免烘炉缺陷。分析了耐火材料的发展趋势。The research progress of new refracto ry materials is introduced. The micropore ball low thermal conductivity castable has better performance under normal temperature, low coefficient of thermal conductivity and good high temperature performance, which could replace the ordinary low cement high alumina castable. The jet castable and pumping castable could replace the ordinary low cement castable and improve the efficiency of furnace building. The rapid repairing charge could rapid repair the furnace lining, effectively increase the overall life of the furnace. Using modular assembly furnace building methods,the construction of wall and roof is rapid and avoids firing defects. The development trend of the refractories is analyzed.
