摘 要:为探究增施不同用量的生石灰对海南茄衣生长发育及发酵后烟叶质量的影响,选用具有代表性的JH-2茄衣品种采用单一变量法进行大田试验,设置了4个处理(T0.0 kg/hm^2;T1.750 kg/hm^2;T2.1 500 kg/hm^2;T3.2 250 kg/hm^2),研究不同生石灰的施用量对茄衣的农艺性状、烟株根基pH、发酵后烟叶的矿质元素、烟叶常见化学成分、烟叶灰分含量、物理特性等6个方面的影响。结果表明,随着生石灰施用量的增加,烟株长势变好,若继续增加施用量,反而会产生一定的抑制作用,以T2处理(1 500 kg/hm^2)的效果最佳;生石灰施用量越多土壤pH值越大,且均处于优质烟叶土壤pH值范围之间;钙、镁、硫的含量随生石灰的增加而增加,磷含量因各部位的不同表现不一致;发酵后烟叶中的常规化学成分变化不一致,增施生石灰中部叶总糖增加,烟碱、总氮、钾、糖碱比、氮碱比均随生石灰施用量的增大而增大,增施生石灰对上部叶影响尤为明显,有利于提高上部烟叶的燃烧性;各处理灰分均处于正常范围内,随着生石灰用量的增加,烟叶的各项物理特性显著变好。综合各类因素可知,以T2(1 500 kg/hm^2)处理效果最佳。To explore the effect of different dosage of quicklime on growth and development of Hainan cigar wrapper and quality of tobacco leaves after fermentation,the paper chose representive J H-2 cigar varieties to do field experiment by single variable method,set up four treatments(TO.O kg/hm-2,T1.750 kg/hm-2.1 500 kg/hm-2,T3.2 250 kg/hm-2) to study the effects of applying different quicklime content on agronomic traits of tobacco,roots pH of tobacco plant mineral elements after fermentation,routine chemical composition of tobacco leaf,leaf tobacco ash content the physical properties.The results showed that with the increase of applying quicklime content tobacco plants grew better,if continued to increase quicklime content it would produce certain inhibition,T2(1 500 kg/hm-2)was the best results.With the increase of applying quicklime content the soil pH increased,and it was between the range of high quality tobacco soil pH.With the increase of applying quicklime content the content of calcium,magnesium,sulfur increased,the phosphorus content was inconsistent because of the different sites.The change of routine chemical components in tobacco leaf after fermentation was inconformity.With the increase of applying quicklime content total sugar content of middle leaf increased,and the content of nicotine,total nitrogen,potassium,alkali than sugar,alkali nitrogen ratio increased.Adding quicklime had especially apparent influence on upper leaves.It was helpful to improve the combustibility of upper leaves,ash content of each treatment were in normal range.With the increase of applying quicklime content physical properties of various tobacco leaves was significantly better.To integrate all kinds of factors,T2treatment(1 500 kg/hm-2) had the best effect.
