电动行走式小麦喷雾机组合喷头喷雾试验

摘　　要：小麦行走式电动喷雾机是一种新型的针对小麦窄行距的喷雾机械,它克服了现有喷雾机的喷洒均匀度低、背负重量大和推广难等许多缺点,具有较大的应用推广价值,适合我国特色的小农户农业及一定规模种植户小麦"一喷三防"技术需求。针对其工作要求和设计思路,结合喷雾装置的工作环境、作物高低不同、小麦窄行距、土壤松软度及用户的使用要求等因素,设计了喷雾装置最优喷头设计方案,确定了使用喷孔孔径1.6 mm铜制锥形雾喷头,喷头距小麦顶端约400 mm,组合喷头间距为400 mm,喷头个数为7个,组合喷头喷射角与水平面呈向下30°角,喷雾效果最好,组合喷头喷雾均匀度为0.90。Wheat walk type electric sprayer is a new kind of narrow spacing for wheat spray machine,which overcomes the existing sprayer spraying uniformity low,difficult to carry weight and promoting many shortcomings,it has great application value for Chinese characteristics of small farmers,agriculture and certain scale farmers ＂one spray is three＂ technical requirements of wheat.According to the work requirements and design ideas,combined with the use of spray device working environment,different crops,wheat narrow spacing,soil soft,users and other factors,this paper designs the optimal nozzle spray device design,determines the use of spray hole diameter of 1.6 mm copper conical spray nozzle.From the top of head wheat is about 400 mm,the combination nozzle spacing is 400 mm,the number of nozzle is 7,combined nozzle injection angle with the horizontal plane down to 30 degrees below,the best combination of spray,spray nozzle uniformity is 0.90.
