摘  要:目的探讨采用CT及MRI进行前交叉韧带股骨止点重建方法。方法在本院2015年2月至2016年3月期间收治的行前交叉韧带股骨止点三维重建患者中选取45例,共计90个膝关节,对其进行MRI及CT扫描,对前交叉韧带股骨附着点的形态、面积及其同周围结构关系及进行测量分析。结果45例受试者的左右两侧膝关节ACL股骨止点测量数据比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);男性受试者的ACL股骨止点面积、长轴角、远距、后距、短轴、长轴等数据均明显大于女性受试者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论膝关节前交叉韧带股骨止点的解剖学特征存在一定个体化差异,通过结合MRI及CT成像数据实现三维重建,可为手术方案的制定提供可靠依据,对于患者术后膝关节功能恢复具有十分积极的作用。Objeetive To explore CT and MRI three-dimensional reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament attachment to the femur. Methods 45 patients scheduled for three-dimensional reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament attachment to the femur (90 knee joints) treated in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 were selected, underwent MRI and CT scans. The form, size of anterior cruciate ligament attachment to the femur and its relationship with surrounding structures were measured and analyzed. Results There were no statistically significant differences in measurement data of anterior cruciate ligament attachment to the femur between left, right side knee joint in 45 subjects (P〉0.05). The area, major axis angle, long distance, rear distance, short axis, long axis of anterior cruciate ligament attachment to the femur in male subjects were significantly higher than those in female subjects, with statistically significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion There are certain individual differences in anatomical features of anterior cruciate ligament attachment to the femur, CT and MRI three-dimensional reconstruction can provide a reliable basis for surgical planning, plays a very positive role in postoperative knee functional recovery in patients.
