摘　　要：目的:为评价药品不良反应监测体系提供科学的参考依据。方法:采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法和层次分析法(AHP法)确定评估指标及权重。结果:从法律体系、组织体系和信息体系三个维度确定各评估指标并计算出对应的权重系数。结论:构建出药品不良反应监测体系的评估指标。Objective： To provide scientific references for the evaluation of adverse drug reaction monitoring system. Methods： The questionnaire, expert interview and Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） were used to determine the evaluation indicators and weights. Results： The legal system, organization system and information system, were based on to determine the evaluation index and calculate the corresponding weight coefficient. Conclusion： The evaluation indicators of the adverse drug reaction monitoring system were created.
