摘　　要：目的:通过对西藏现有卫生资源全面系统调查,了解资源配置与利用中存在的不足,为完善西藏卫生资源配置并提高卫生资源利用提出政策建议。方法:利用PPS抽样方法在全区共调查各类卫生机构181家。结果:卫生人力数量不足;医疗机构设施设备配置已较为完善,而疾病预防控制中心仍需加强设备;医疗机构级别越低,医师日均担负诊疗人次越高,病床使用率越低。结论:需要进一步完善西藏卫生资源配置,提高各级医疗机构卫生资源利用。Objective To explore the problems existing in the resource allocation and utilization via a systematic investigation of health resources in Tibet,to put forward policy recommendations for improving the allocation and utilization of health resources. Methods The PPS sampling method was used to investigate 181 health institutions in the area. Results There was insufficient number of health manpower. Allocation of medical devices was good in medical institutions, yet still needed to strengthen in centers for disease control and prevention. The lower the level of medical institutions,the more the daily clinic visits the doctors had, the lower the bed occupation rate. Conclusions It is necessary to improve the allocation of health resources in Tibet,and to improve the utilization of health resources in medical institutions at all levels.
