摘　　要：目的:了解合肥市社区卫生工作者及居民对电子健康档案的认知及需求。方法:自行设计问卷,在合肥市随机选取6个社区卫生服务中心为调查现场,随机调查社区卫生服务工作者120人,社区居民120人。结果:64.9%的社区工作者为居民建立过电子健康档案,42.4%的居民听说过电子健康档案,而得知的途径主要为网络和电视,75%居民觉得建立电子健康档案有必要。社区卫生工作者与居民对电子健康档案的优势、劣势和困难的认知,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区卫生工作者和居民对电子健康档案的认知程度较低,需求程度较好,应从配备专业人才、完善管理体制和提高居民建档意识等方面加强电子健康档案建设。Objective To explore the cognition of and demand for electronic health records among community health workers and residents in Hefei. Methods Self--designed questionnaires were Conducted in 6 randomly selected community health service centers in Hefei. A total of 120 community health service workers and 120 community residents were randomly selected and surveyed. Results Totally 64.9 % of the community workers once set the electronic health records for residents and only 42.4 % of the residents ever heard of such records mainly from the internet and TV; 75% of the residents think it essential to build the electronic health records. The difference in cognition of the strengths, weaknesses and difficulties of electronic health records between community health service workers and residents was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Community health service workers and residents＂ cognition of the electronic health records is insufficient in Hefei,while the requirement is abundant at present. To strengthen the construction of electronic health records it＇s a good way to equip with professional talents, perfect the management system and improve the awareness of residents on filing.
