聚焦解决教育模式在宫颈癌子宫切除手术患者心理危机的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决教育模式对宫颈癌子宫切除术患者心理危机水平和应对方式的干预效果。方法选取2014年2月至2015年2月间湖北省荆州市中心医院收治的45例行宫颈癌切除患者为对照组,选取2015年3月至2016年2月间行宫颈癌子宫切除术的45例患者为观察组,观察组患者在常规护理基础上应用聚焦解决教育模式,对照组患者行常规护理,采用《宫颈癌心理危机评估表》与《宫颈癌手术应对方式量表》评定护理后,两组患者心理危机水平和应对方式。结果观察组患者心理危机程度及情绪、认知和行为三维度得分均明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者回避、屈服维度得分明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌患者所采用的应对方式主要是面对,观察组患者占88.9%,对照组患者占68.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用聚焦解决教育模式策略可以减轻子宫切除患者的心理危机程度,使其应用积极的应对方式。Objective To investigate the efficacy of solution focused education（SFE） intervention for psychological crisis and coping style in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery at Jingzhou Central Hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 45 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were given SFE intervention on the basis of routine miring care and patients in the control group only received routine nursing.Using cervical cancer and psychological crisis scale and coping style for cervical cancer surgery scale,psychological crisis and coping strategy were assessed.Results Psychological crisis,emotion,cognition and behavior scores were obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Scores of avoidance and resignation were lower in the in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The may copy strategy is confrontation,with a percentage of 88.9% for the observation group and 68.9% for the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery,solution focused education intervention could reduce psychological crisis and help them to perform with a right coping style.
