摘 要:中国石化炼油企业在生产过程中会产生大量的能源消耗。针对炼制沥青的能源使用情况展开研究,对河北省一家沥青炼制企业进行能耗调研,利用物料和热平衡对生产过程能耗进行量化计算。帮助沥青生产企业核算其能源消耗量,合理优化能源结构,找出节能潜力。The petrochemical refineries in China will produce a lot of energy consumption in the production process. In this pa- per, the energy consumption of asphalt refining process was researched and a typical asphalt refining enterprise in Hebei province was surveyed .The research used material and thermal balance to quantify the energy consumption calculation in the process of production. The research can be used to help the asphalt refining companies to account energy consumption, optimize energy structure and find out energy reduction potentials.
