摘 要:通过两方面分析了常州某印染厂蒸化机的节能潜力:一方面以岩棉为保温材料对蒸化机箱体进行保温,对比其保温前后,进行热平衡分析,从而方便蒸化机能耗的评估;另一方面利用热管溴化锂吸收式制冷原理回收排气废热制冷并进行冷负荷计算。此方案,可以在很大程度上减少蒸化机蒸化过程中热风的通入量及蒸化机壁面散热损失,对废热进行合理的回收利用,达到节能减排的目的,提高企业经济效益。Saving potential energy of steaming machine of one printing and dyeing industry in Changzhou was analyzed in two aspects. On the one hand, the rock wool was used as one of a insulation material to insulate the body of steaming machine. Comparing insulation before and after, analyzing the thermal equilibrium, then it was convenient to assess energy consumption. On the other hand, the Li-Br absorption refrigeration with heat-pipe was used to recover exhaust heat for refrigeration and calculate cooling load. This program could reduce the input of hot air when it was steaming and the losses of energy through the steamer wall at a large extent. Recycling and using the waste heat reasonably could achieve the purpose of saving energy and improve the economy efficiency of production for the industry.
