摘  要:注水管线长期运行会导致腐蚀、结垢,悬浮固体吸附到管壁上,导致形成水垢层,被冲刷下来后使回注水水质造成污染。回注污水中包含油类、悬浮固体、聚合物、细菌等杂质,其中悬浮固体会堵塞注水井的近井地带及井眼附近区域,导致近井地带的渗透率明显降低,压力升高,注水量下降,造成油层污染。油田污水进行检测时,悬浮物是其中一项重要的检测指标,对悬浮物测定方法进行改进,减少实验时间,有利于提高实验效率。Long time running of water injection pipeline can lead to corrosion, fouling, suspended solids adsorbing onto the wall of the tube, resulting in forming a layer of scale, after being washed, the injection water is polluted. recycled produced water contains oil, suspended solids, polymer, bacteria and other impurities, suspended solids can block the area near the wellbore, which leads to the decrease of permeability and the pressure rise, the water injection rate is decreased, and the reservoir pollution is caused. When the oil field sewage is tested, the suspended matter is one of the important indexes, improving the determination method of suspended solids can reduce the experimental time and improve the efficiency of the experiment.
