摘  要:对中包挡渣墙的破损情况进行了分析,发现中包挡渣墙的损毁现象主要有开裂、穿孔和断裂3种方式。对挡渣墙浇注料进行了性能分析,同时采用扫描电镜和XRD分析了挡渣墙残砖的微观结构,结果表明:由于钢水和熔渣的侵蚀,挡渣墙浇注料结构被破坏,高温抗折强度降低,钢水冲刷产生的热应力导致挡渣墙出现裂纹,并最终导致损毁。The damage condition of tundish weir was analyzed, There were three kinds of dilapidation in the tundish weir, including crevice, perforation and rupture. The capability of tundish weir was analyzed, and the structure of used weir was analyzed by using Scanning Electron Microscope and X- ray Diffraction. The results showed that the internal structure of tundish weir was destroyed by corrosion of molten steel and slags, it could reduced the high-temperature bending strength of tundish weir, and the thermal stress caused by the molten steel was leading to the crack of the tundish weir, finally the tundish weir was damaged.
