摘  要:介绍了1种在X-射线衍射仪上经改进后的硅钢反极图测量技术,该技术的特点是:在传统测量技术的基础上,测量过程中让试样倾斜一定角度并绕试样测量面的法线为轴旋转。改进后的技术所测量的反极图极密度包含了有一定取向偏差的晶粒对极密度的贡献,且结果更具有统计性,因此,改进后的反极图测量技术更科学,结果更接近真值。A improved technology for measuring the inverse pole figure of si-steel by X-ray diffractometer was introduced. The feature of this technology is that the test sample is tilted and revolved around the normal direction of the sample testing face during examlation. The pole density of the inverse pole figure measured by this technology contains the contributions of the crystal grains having some orientation deviation,and the results have a more statistical. Though this technology, a more scientific inverse pole figure and more true results could be obtained.
