摘  要:应用扫描电镜(SEM)、暂态电流电化学方法研究了六次甲基四胺(HMTA)对冷轧钢板在442g/L ZnSO4·7H2O镀液中电沉积锌层表面形貌及形核生长机理的影响,结果表明:HMTA的加入不影响电镀锌形核及生长机理:锌层结晶形核及生长遵循3D生长的瞬时形核机理;随着电沉积过电位的增大,添加HMTA的锌层结构由初始的片层状紧密排列的六方晶粒,变为晶粒更为精细的锥状结构。The influence of hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA) on the morphology and nucleation mechanism for zinc electrodeposition on steel sheet was investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and potentiostatic electrochemical techniques. From the analysis of the chronoamperometric transients and the SEM images, an instantaneous nucleation with 3D growth has been proposed in both baths with and without HMTA. It was found that the morphology of zinc electrodeposits varied from initial thin-layered hexagonal plates to a denser plate and ridge morphologies with increasing the overpotential as HMTA was added in the bath solution.
