摘　　要：轮斗挖掘机连续采装剥离物的工艺在露天矿中广泛应用,总结一套轮斗挖掘机的程序和计算方法,便于用户和设计人员选型采购,逐步介绍了有效工作时间、设备可工作率、设备效率、设备设计能力和平均能力的计算,轮斗切割力与物料特性的匹配,以及轮斗主要参数的确定方法。The process of continuous mining and stripping of wheel bucket excavator is widely used in open pit mine. The article summarizes a set of program and calculation method of wheel bucket excavator to facilitate the selection of users and designers, introduces effective working time, equipment working rate, equipment efficiency, equipment design capacity and the average capacity calculation, matching of wheel bucket cutting force and material characteristics, and determination method of main parameters of wheel bucket.
