人工耳蜗植入术中电极阻抗与神经反应遥测21例报告

摘　　要：目的比较并评价术中远程助手CR120与Custom Sound~软件在人工耳蜗植入术中监测的等效性与便捷性。方法对21例(男14例,女7例)植入人工耳蜗的患者,依次采用Custom Sound~软件和CR120进行术中监测,记录并比较两种测试方法的电极阻抗值、电诱发复合动作电位(ECAP)阈值和完成测试的平均时间。结果两种测试方法的电极阻抗值和ECAP阈值差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);平均术中监测时间Custom Sound~软件为6.08±1.43 min,CR120为1.31±0.21 min,后者较前者节省78.45%;的时间。结论 CR120测试可有效用于人工耳蜗术中监测,并显著缩短测试时间。Objective The aim of the study was to investigate the equivalency and convenience of the CR120 Surgical Remote Assistant comparable to the Custom Sound clinical system in intro-operative monitoring of cochlear function in cochlear implantation. Methods Twenty-one （14 males and 7 females） patients have been included in the study. The Custom Sound clinical system and the CR120 were used for the intra-operative measurement successively. The electrode impedance, evoked compound action potential （ECAP） threshold and the time spending for the two measurements was recorded. Results There was no significant difference in electrode impedance and ECAP thresholds measured with Custom Soundclinical system and the CR120 device （all P values 〉 0.05）. The mean time spent per patient was 6.08 minutes （SD = 1.43 minutes） with the Custom Sound clinical system versus 1.31 minutes （SD = 0.21 minutes）with the CR120 device. The mean time spent per patient with the CR120 device is 78.45% less than that with the Custom Sound clinical system. Conclusion The results indicated that the electrode impedance and ECAP thresholds measured with CR120 device were equivalent to Custom Sound clinical system. And a significant reduction in the measurement time was noted with the CR120 device.
