山黄胶囊镇痛作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:考察山黄胶囊的镇痛作用。方法:采用扭体法、热板法及甩尾法评价药物的镇痛作用。结果:小鼠灌胃给药16 g/kg、8 g/kg和4 g/kg山黄胶囊后,因腹腔注射0.5%醋酸引起的扭体次数比空白对照组均有显著减少(P<0.001),其中高、中剂量组的小鼠发生扭体的潜伏期比空白对照组明显延长,表明本品对腹腔注射醋酸引起的小鼠疼痛具有镇痛作用;小鼠灌胃给药16 g/kg、8 g/kg和4 g/kg山黄胶囊后,因受热刺激产生疼痛反应的时间比空白对照组均有显著延长,其中高剂量组的小鼠,因受热刺激产生疼痛反应的时间在灌胃给药1~3 h后均比空白对照组明显延长,表明本品对因受热刺激引起的小鼠疼痛具有镇痛作用。大鼠灌胃给药8 g/kg、4 g/kg山黄胶囊1~3 h后,大鼠的痛阈值(以甩尾时间计)比空白对照组均有显著延长,低剂量山黄胶囊2 g/kg给药2 h后也显示出明显的镇痛作用(P<0.05),3 h后则镇痛不明显(P>0.05),以上结果表明山黄胶囊对大鼠具有明显的镇痛作用。结论:山黄胶囊具有良好的镇痛作用。Objective：To observe the analgesic effect of Shanhuang capsule. Methods：The analgesic effect of Shanhuang capsule was observed by writhing, hot plate and tail-flick method. Results：Mice were given 16 g/kg, 8g/kg and 4 g/kg of Shanhuang capsule by gavage, caused by intraperitoneal injection of 0.5% acetic acid writhing times than the blank control group were significantly reduced（P〈0.001）, including high, middle dose group of mice,twist the body than the blank control group obviously prolong the incubation period indicating that the product have analgesic effect on mice pain caused by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid; Mice were given 16 g/kg, 8 g/kg and4 g/kg of Shanhuang capsule by gavage after the pain because of heat stimuli response time were significantly extend than blank control group, high dose group of mice, pain because of heat stimuli response time 1 - 3 hours after gastric drug delivery was significantly longer than the blank control group, indicating that the product have analgesic effect on mice pain caused by heat stimulation; Rats were given 8 g/kg, 4 g/kg of Shanhuang capsule by gavage 1 - 3 hours,the pain threshold of rats（in tail-flick time）were significantly extend than blank control group; Shanhuang capsule low dose of 2 g/kg for 2 hours after also showed obvious analgesic effect（P〈0.05）, after 3 hours was not obvious（P〉0.05）. The above results show that Shanhuang capsule on rat has obvious analgesic effect. Conclusion：Shanhuang capsule has good analgesic action.
