摘  要:2015年11月14日至12月14日,黑龙江省某县多个村从外县购入的牛发生不明原因的急性死亡。发病牛主要表现呼吸道症状,从发病到死亡的时间为几小时到数天不等,病死牛剖检可见严重肺炎病变。为揭示疫病暴发的主要病因,提供防控建议,结合现场流行病学调查和实验室诊断,对该次疫情开展了调查。调查结果显示:此次疫情波及6个村,发病牛多为1岁左右;时值气候寒冷;疫情发生前1周左右,有牛调运史。实验室诊断结果显示,采集的样本中均含有未分类的曼氏杆菌,其对氨苄西林和环丙沙星耐药,而对头孢曲松敏感。最终确认本次疫情是由牛群调运、寒冷气候和年龄等风险因素相互作用,诱发曼氏杆菌的内源性感染所致。During November 14 th to December 14 th,2015,an acute death of unknown origin occurred in cattle purchased from another county in several villages of Heilongjiang province. These diseased cattle mainly showed respiratory symptoms and the time periods of morbidity to death were various(ranging from several hours to a couple of days). By autopsy diagnosis,severe pneumonia was found. In order to fi nd out the cause and provide suggestions for its prevention and control,an investigation was conducted by fi eld epidemiological survey in combination with laboratory diagnosis. Investigation results showed this outbreak covered 6 villages,most diseased cattle were around the age of 1. In addition,the weather was cold during the epidemic period. And about a week before outbreak,the cattle had been allocated and transported. Based on the results of laboratory diagnosis,it was found that unclassifi ed Mannkimia existed in all the collected samples,these strains were resistant to both Ampicillin and Ciprofl oxacin,but sensitive to Ceftriaxone. Eventually,the cause of death was confi rmed as endogenous infection of Mannkimia,which was induced by interaction of major risk factors,including allocation and transportation of the cattle,their ages and the cold weather,etc.
