对生猪屠宰肉品品质检验中复制印章定性的分析

摘  要:生猪屠宰监管职能移交之后,农业部把肉品品质检验作为一项重点工作来抓。目前肉品品质检验中共有印章10枚,其中的复制印章归为"病害生猪及生猪产品无害化处理印章",用于母猪、晚阉猪肉等肉品进行深加工的标识印章。笔者认为复制印章不该归为无害化处理印章。建议在新的屠宰证、章、标识使用规范中,将复制印章从"病害生猪及生猪产品无害化处理印章"中拿出,单独列为一项,避免造成误解。Since the supervision of swine slaughtering was handed over to the Ministry of Agriculture,meat quality inspection has been regarded as a priority task by the ministry. At present there are 10 kinds of offi cial seals in meat quality inspection. Among them,the seal for pork requiring deep processing currently belongs to the category of biosafety disposal seals for diseased pigs and pig products,being applied to pork from sow and boar that haven't been castrated on time. In the author's opinion,this seal shouldn't be classifi ed to the bio-safety disposal category. For the purpose of avoiding misunderstand,it was suggested that the copy seal shall be separated from the existing category and listed independently when revising the existing specifi cations for the application of certifi cates,seals and identifi cation in swine slaughtering.
