摘　　要：文章阐述了陕西省城固县奶牛结核病PPD皮内变态反应检测技术应用情况,分析探讨了应用过程中存在的问题,如:检测时间和频次不合理;抽检比率小,易漏检;企业检测技术应用差;检测试剂灵敏度不一致;检测操作技术不规范;检测净化经费保障不到位,等等,并针对性地提出了具体改进措施,以期为同行提供参考。In this article,the application of Purifi cation protein of tuberculin（PPD）intradermal allergy in detecting cow tuberculosis in Chenggu county was reviewed. At the same time,the problems encountered in the process were discussed and analyzed,such as the unreasonable detection time and frequency,the easily missed inspection as a result of low sampling rate,inadequate application of the detection techniques,inconsistent sensitivity of detection reagents,non-standard detection and operation and the insuffi cient fund for ensuing its detection and cleanup,etc. In the end,several concrete improvements were given to provide reference for the peers.
