东北地区大中型工业企业技术创新效率评价——基于DEA-Malmquist指数方法

摘　　要：大中型企业在国民经济发展中起着十分重要的作用,其技术创新能力和技术创新效率直接决定着产业竞争力的水平。文章在借鉴现有研究成果的基础上,从投入、产出两个方面构建评价指标体系,根据查阅文献获得的统计数据,选取2008-2014年东北地区大中型企业数据作为研究样本运用DEA-Malmquist指数方法,从全国整体、东北地区整体、东北三个省份三个维度实证分析了我国大中型工业企业的技术创新效率及其变化情况。通过指数分解剖析东北地区大中型工业企业技术创新过程中的技术变化率和资源变化率,确定影响东北地区大中型工业企业技术创新效率的主要因素,并提出相应对策。Large and medium-sized enterprises （LMEs） play an important role in the national economic development, their technical innovation capacity and efficiency directly determine the level of industrial competitiveness. On the basis of drawing on the existing research results, this paper constructs the evaluation index system from input and output. According to the statistical data obtained from the litera- ture, selecting the data of large and medium-sized enterprises in Northeast China from 2008 to 2014 and applying the DEA-Malmquist index method, the paper empirically analyzes the technical innovation efficiency and its change of large and medium-sized enterprises in China from three dimensions： the whole country, the northeast region as a whole and the three provinces in Northeast China. The paper analyzes the rate of technological change and the rate of resource change in the process of technological innovation of large and medium sized industrial enterprises in Northeast China through the index decomposition, determines the main factors affecting the efficiency of technological innovation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Northeast China, and finally proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
