何首乌结合型蒽醌中大黄素成分提取工艺的研究

摘  要:目的比较不同提取工艺对何首乌中大黄素含量的影响。方法采用HPLC法对提取物中大黄素进行定量分析,比较提取溶液浓度、温度和加酸处理对两种提取方法的影响,确定提取何首乌中结合型蒽醌中大黄素的最佳工艺条件。结果以75%乙醇为提取溶媒采用回流提取方法,提取90 min,在干燥后的提取物中加20%盐酸酸化提取,在此提取工艺下,提取物中大黄素的含量可达0.0730%。结论不同提取工艺提取何首乌中大黄素含量差异较大,此结果为进一步开发利用何首乌资源提供科学的理论依据。Objective The effect on the content of emodin in Radix Polygoni Multiflori with different extraction process. Methods HPLC method was used for the analysis the quantitative of emodin in extraction and the effects of these two kinds of extraction through extracting solution of concentration temperature and acid in order to search the optimal technological condition of extraction combined with emodin anthraquinone in Polygonum muhiflorum. Results Alcohol concentration in 75 % was used in extraction solvent by reflux extraction method in 90 minutes, with 20 % hydrochloric acid in the extract of the dried extract by the extraction process the emodin in extract content of up to 0.0730 %. Conclusion The different extraction process for extraction of emodin content in Polygonum multiflorum is different which provide a scientific and theoretical basis in the further development and utilization of Polygonum multiflorum.
