摘 要:本文研究了原子荧光光谱法测定化妆品中汞和砷含量的方法。讨论了样品前处理方法的选择、仪器条件的优化、离子的干扰和消除、酸度、硼氢化钾溶液浓度、预还原剂、载流液对测定结果的影响。汞和砷的线性检测范围分别为0~20μg/L和0~200μg/L,检出限分别为0.0032、0.0216μg/L,汞的精密度为0.84%~1.48%,砷的精密度为0.97%~1.49%。样品加标回收率分别为93.5%~101.1%、96.4%~100.5%。该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、回收率高,可广泛用于化妆品中砷、汞含量的检测。In this paper, we study how to determinate the content of mercury and arsenic in cosmetics by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. 1 also discussed the optimization of sample pretreatment methods, the choice of instrument condition, ion interference, acidity, eliminate, the concentration of potassium borohydride, pre-reducing agent, carrier liquid on the determination results. Linear detection ranges of mercury and arsenic were 0-20 μg/L and 0-200 μg/L. The detection limits of mercury and arsenic were 0.0032, 0.0216 μg/L. The precision range of mercury is 0.84 %-1.48 %, and the precision range of arsenic is 0.97 %-1.49 %. Spiked recoveries were 93.5 %-101.1% and 96.4 %~100.5 %. This method is simple, rapid, high sensitivity, high recovery rate, and can be widely used for the detection of the content of arsenic, mercury in cosmetics.
