摘　　要：简要分析了唐钢中厚板生铁成本的构成,重点阐述了原料系统和高炉工序降低生铁成本的一系列举措。引进了全成本的概念,对成本的构成项目进行细分,并结合生产实际设定细化的成本基准,使实际成本处在受控的状态。通过一系列的成本攻关举措的实施,如降低烧结矿和球团矿成本、优化高炉炉料结构、优化高炉操作制度合理降低燃料比、加强能源消耗与回收的管控、强化可控费用控制等,中厚板高炉低成本炼铁取得了明显成效。It is briefly analyzed in the paper the composition of pig iron cost in the plate plant of Tangshan Steel, accompanied with introduction of a series of measures taken in raw material system and BF operation for pig iron cost reduction. Based on the total cost concept, the cost composition of pig iron is broken down and a cost baseline is set up according to actual production condition for keeping the actual cost under the control. The cost control measures also include reduction of sinter and pellet cost, optimization of burden structure and BF operation system, rational lessening of fuel rate, strict control of energy consumption and recovery, enhanced control of controllable expenses. As a result, the BF iromnaking cost of the plate plant decreases greatly.
