摘 要:煤炭是我国的基础能源和重要原料,在国民经济中占有重要的战略地位,而由煤的冻粘引起的改向滚筒表面粘结、皮带抖动、回程沿线撒煤等问题严重制约了煤炭的冬季运输。文献表明材料表面粗糙度对冻粘具有重要影响,为了通过改善材料表面形态而缓解煤的冻粘问题,课题组自行设计了冻粘强度测试装置,在一定的冷冻条件下,测试了含水率40%的煤泥与6种不同粗糙度钢板的冻粘属性。结果表明,煤的冻粘强度随着粗糙度呈W曲线变化,大约在R_a=9μm^10μm时出现最小值,进一步说明,适当的表面粗糙度可以降低煤的冻粘强度。对于冻粘机理的研究以及其他工程领域的冬季防粘减粘具有指导意义。The coal is the basic raw material for energy in China. It has strategic role in national economy,while the problems of roller surface adhesion,belt jitter,falling coal along return trip caused by coal freezing adhesion seriously restrict coal transportation in winter. Prior studies show that surface roughness has an important effect on freezing adhesion,in order to alleviate the freezing adhesive problems of coal by improving the material's surface shape,our research group designed the freezing adhesive strength test device,under the certain frozen condition,freezing adhesive characteristics of six different roughness steel plates with moisture content 40% of the coal slime were tested. The results show that,the coal freezing adhesive strength with the change of roughness in W curve,appears minimum value when R_a= 9 ~ 10 μm,further suggest that appropriate surface roughness can reduce coal freezing adhesive strength. Thesis has guiding significance on mechanism research of freezing adhesion and other anti-freezing adhesive engineering fields.
