摘 要:鉴于编织防扭钢丝绳在电网建设工程中应用的普遍性以及目前国内外学者研究较少的现状,在椭圆假设、编织防扭钢丝绳成形研究基础上,借助椭圆的四心圆法,研究编织防扭钢丝绳股空间展开线的形状,获得了绳长与编织角及对应椭圆弧长之间的关系式;考虑钢丝绳的物理特性参数,并分析钢丝绳受载变形情况,推导出对应任意弧段绳股沿股轴向拉力及沿绳轴向力的表达式,进而建立了编织钢丝绳轴向拉力作用下的力学模型,并以四方八股编织防扭钢丝绳为例,推导出在任意横截面内,钢丝绳所承受的拉力和拉应力的关系式。最后通过数值模拟得出,与椭圆曲率大的弧段相对应的绳股局部所受的等效应力较大,为进一步对编织防扭钢丝绳进行力学分析奠定了理论基础。Although the applications of the braided wire rope in electric power grid construction projects are universal,researches of domestic and foreign scholars are less. Based on the ellipse hypothesis and the forming research of the anti-twist braided wire rope,the space expansion graph was obtained by using the four-arcs method in drawing ellipse. According to the expansion graph,the relational expression between the rope length,braiding angle and the arc length was described. Considering the influence of physical characteristic parameters,the deformation of wire ropes was analyzed. Moreover,the expressions related to tension and axial force of strands corresponding to arbitrary arc section were deduced to establish the mechanical model of wire rope under axial load. In addition,take braided wire rope YS8 × 19 as an example,the total tension and tensile stress in arbitrary cross-section of the wire rope were given to further study for the mechanical properties of the anti-twist braided wire rope. Finally,the result obtained by numerical simulation is that the equivalent stresses of topical rope strands corresponding to the larger curvatures of the ellipse are larger.
